You're within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, mini golf, ice cream, and groceries — and with the golf cart or your car, almost any restaurant or attraction on the island is less than 10 minutes away. This 3-bedroom, 3-bath home sleeps 10, with extra sleeping space in the upstairs bonus room. The main level has a king primary suite with a private ensuite bath and Smart TV, two queen bedrooms (each with a Smart TV) sharing a full hall bath, an open living area with a large Smart TV, and a fully stocked kitchen seating six at the table plus three at the island. Upstairs, the bonus/game room offers one daybed with a trundle bed and one set of twin bunk beds (4 twin beds in total), a large-screen TV with PlayStation, board games, cards, and puzzles, as well as its own private full bath — a perfect hangout for kids and teens. Underneath the home is the ultimate outdoor retreat: a private cabana bar with comfortable seating and its own TV, a fully stocked gear shed (beach buggy, beach chairs, and outdoor toys and games — skip the rental lines), and a full-size second refrigerator in the shed to keep drinks ice-cold just steps from the bar. Damage & incidentals
No security deposit is collected and nothing is held on your card. We keep the card you book with securely on file, and only charge it if there’s documented damage, a missing item, or cleaning beyond a normal turnover — with the reason in writing. Accidents happen; normal wear and tear is on us.
If something does go wrong, what you could be charged is capped at:
- The home and its contents$2,000.00
- The golf cart — only if you rent it$5,000.00
- Extra cleaning if a pet needs odor remediation$300.00
These are ceilings, not charges — the vast majority of stays end with nothing charged at all. Full terms are in the rental agreement you sign at checkout.
